Streets Alive 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Registration will start at 11:30am. Shotgun start at 1:00pm.
We’re all sold out for this year’s tournament, but we would love to have you join us next year.
To abide with the current health regulations surrounding COVID 19 we are implementing the following:
- Registrations are for teams ONLY. We will not be able to include individual golfers or twosomes.
- Visit the Charity Golf Tournament event page on Facebook to connect with others if you don’t have a foursome already and would like to join others to create a team.
- All Prize winners will be notified after the event by phone to arrange prize pick up or delivery.
- We will require contact information for all participants for this reason.
Teams of 4 ONLY. Cost $450 per team.
Advanced registration is required – no drop-ins. Registration deadline is Friday, July 10th.
