Have you started your Christmas baking for 2016 yet?
Your goodies can become ?”Streets Treats”? to help encourage someone who needs some support this Christmas season.
Why not fill some plastic snack-bags with a few home-baked goodies of your choice to share with the clients of Streets Alive Mission?
Then bring the filled ?”Streets Treats”? bags back and we’ll share them with our clients during Christmas Week! If we get enough Streets Treats, we’ll even be able to send a bag home with people after Christmas Dinner.
A little bag of goodies can go a long way in sharing the spirit of Christmas with those who might not otherwise have any reason to celebrate – the impoverished and disenfranchised people of Lethbridge.
Bags for Streets Treats can be dropped off at the Heralding Hope Festival on December 3rd at Streets Alive Mission.
Bags can also be dropped off at the Mission by December 20th during our office hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am to Noon, and 1pm to 4:30pm. The office is located at 323 – 4th St South, Lethbridge.
Sharing the spirit of Christmas – one bag of Streets Treats at a time!
NOTE: Bags do not need to look like the one pictured here. Simple plastic snack bags with a few goodies in each will be fabulous! THANK YOU!
Updated from previous post: Bags for Streets Treats will not be provided by Streets Alive. We found it easier for people to bring their baked goods in their own bags.
